A street food stand in Mexico City is photographed everyday from a balcony high up in the Roma Neighbourhood, as it lies dismantled, waiting to be picked up and taken to its night cellar. Early in the morning of the next day, it will be installed again in the same spot, of the same busy intersection.
Un puesto de comida callejero de la Ciudad de México se documenta todos los días desde lo alto de un balcón en la colonia Roma, mientras yace desmantelado, esperando a ser recogido y llevado a su bodega nocturna. Temprano a la mañana del día siguiente, se instalará de nuevo en el mismo lugar de la misma concurrida intersección.
